4. Sharing information
We may share relevant information with people involved in delivering the agreed work, including authorised team members, professional specialists and, where authorised for the transaction, counterparties or funding participants. Service providers may also handle information needed for website hosting, verification, enquiry processing and communications. Information may be disclosed where required or authorised by law. We do not sell personal information.
5. Website services and storage
Analytics and advertising trackers are not enabled on this website. When online meeting requests are enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile will be used to help prevent automated submissions. It may process technical information such as your IP address and browser information for verification.
The enquiry form does not save contact details or transaction descriptions in browser storage. After an attempted submission, it may retain an opaque request reference for the browser session to help prevent duplicate requests.
The providers, storage locations and any overseas handling for the dedicated enquiry service are being finalised. These details will be added to this policy before online collection is enabled.
6. Security and retention
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information against misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Information is retained for the purposes for which it is needed, including applicable legal and record-keeping requirements. When it is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it, subject to those requirements. Any applicable data-breach notification obligations continue to apply.

You may ask to access or correct personal information, or raise a concern about how it has been handled. Contact Tenth Avenue through the accounting practice’s website and identify your enquiry as relating to Strategic Transactions.
We may need to verify your identity before providing access or making a correction. We will consider your request or complaint and explain our response, subject to applicable law.
